Any adult over the age of 18 can be coached by me, regardless of their situation, age, personal beliefs or values, life experiences, or position. If you feel comfortable having me as your coach, you are welcome to try it out.

As a coach, I don't need to be an expert in the area you need help with for the coaching process to be effective. In our coaching sessions, I won't give you suggestions, solutions, or advice. A coach is a change expert, someone who knows how to help you discover your own solutions.

I believe you are capable of figuring things out on your own. You just need someone to ask the right questions and make observations that help you see yourself and your situation from new perspectives. This creates a space where new insights can emerge. These could be solutions you didn't realize you had, or ideas you've had before but haven't acted on yet.

Nika Coaching is located in Hamar, Innlandet, Norway. It is possible to receive coaching in person, but it is also possible to benefit from coaching through phone or video meetings. You can therefore be coached regardless of where you are in the world.
